My Lips Are Reacting to Something?? (pics)?

They are usually about that size, so they havn't swelled it's just that they have tiny tiny little bumps all over and are itchy. Do they look really disgusting? and should i go to the doctor to get it checked out? (school starts soon and this has been going on since yesterday morning.) Please help! Thanks!

Have you eaten a mango recently? They are related to poison ivy, and can cause a reaction on the lips and mucous membranes.
